'All orders are taken, packaged and processed by the members of distance clothing so while we aim to ship within three days, sometimes circumstances beyond our control (postal disputes and dare i say too much SNOW!) result in your package turning up within 5 days.
All items are sent through Royal Mail first class post.
Please be aware that when purchasing your item you check sizes in the item description, we will do our very best to make sure the item you purchase matches the image shown on our site.
All items are non-refundable, however we will exchange a faulty item (for the same) as long as this is returned in its original package and postage paid by yourself. We will aim to ship a replacement within one week.
Any sale items are final & non-refundable or exchanged.
Any store credits must be used within 30 days or will be null and void.
From time to time clothing manufacturers change so we reserve the right to change suppliers but will always make sure a quality replacement is found. However some suppliers (in the event of clothing being out of stock) will send us very similar product, which may sometimes contain the manufactures tag imprinted on the neck/inside body of the garment.
We cannot be personally responsible for ill treatment of the clothing or not abiding by the instructions enclosed when receiving your product.
